It is really hard to miss the rice terrace since it is located right on the Ubud to Kintamani road.

There is a parking area where you can park the vehicle you take from Ubud to Tegalalang for a small fee. Then you can enter the rice terrace by paying a dollar for the ticket. However, this ticket will not allow you to enter all area since most of the rice fields are private property.

If you decide to go down to the rice field, you will find a few donation boxes that you need to fill before going further. You can pay around 50 cents to a dollar for each box so it is really affordable.
